Busted were one of three major influences that made me want to pick up a guitar in the first place. Their music to me wasn't anything innovative, but they were always good at what they did. And when I was in my early to mid teens I was the right age to go along with the music of those who weren't that many years older than me, and whose lyrics I could kind of relate to in terms of keeping my eyes on gorgeous females. Even now I still like what I hear from Busted, and I'm proud for them that they reunited before I finished recording. I like everything I hear from Matt Willis, James Bourne and Charlie Simpson, although Charlie's musical versatility in particular made me think that I could do things from soft to heavy - as I do today in Beat Express, Zombie Crash, Lost Asylum and when I play solo.

Air Hostess (from their A Present For Everyone album in 2003) was a song of theirs I felt was right for me to cover in terms of how I play, and I felt it'd make a high velocity intro to the album.
